Ascentium Philippines (formerly InCorp Philippines) provides dynamic legal assistance to foreign companies and foreign nationals who have immigration or visa concerns in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, and the Philippines.

ABOUT US

In 2008, Kittelson and Carpo Consulting began offering visa and work permit processing services to foreign companies and foreign nationals who wish to work, retire, invest, and live in the Philippines. The increasing demand for visa services from the company’s growing client base led to the establishment of the Visa Services Department in 2010.

Now operating as Ascentium Philippines, the company continues to provide expert visa and immigration assistance, allowing us to build lasting business relationships with our clients residing or doing business in the Philippines and Asia-Pacific.

We are now part of the Ascentium Group, backed by Hillhouse Investment, a leader in private alternatives management for institutional clients worldwide. This partnership deepens our commitment to excellence and expands our global reach.

With over 3,000 professionals across 58 cities in 27 markets, Ascentium delivers integrated solutions in corporate services, finance and accounting, fund administration, human resources, and fiduciary and trust services.
