BI Releases Advisory on Renewal Applications for BI Accreditation

The Bureau of Immigration (BI), in an accreditation advisory dated July 21, addresses transactions using old BI Accreditation Identification Cards (IDs), application for renewal, and claiming of newly-issued Accreditation IDs.

DENIAL OF OLD BI ACCREDITATION ID

The old Accreditation IDs shall no longer be accepted in any transactions with BI starting August 1, 2020. 

APPLICATION FOR NEW BI ACCREDITATION ID

Applicants for the BI Accreditation renewal shall proceed to Room 210, BI Accreditation Unit (BIAU) to seek for Accreditation Order.

CLAIMING OF THE NEW BI ACCREDITATION ID

The following shall be submitted by successful applicants upon claiming of their newly-issued BI Accreditation IDs:

  • Old BI Accreditation ID
  • Medical Certificate (COVID-19 test results) for the month of July.
