9(g) Pre-Arranged Employee Commercial Visa
- Entitles the holder with multiple entries and exits into and out of the Philippines while working with a company registered or licensed to do business and existing under Philippine laws.
- Entitles the holder to legitimately work and stay in the country for a duration approved by the Bureau of Immigration, which should correspond with their employment contract.
9(g) Pre-Arranged Employee Non-Commercial Visa or Missionary Visa
- Foreign nationals who are engaged in missionary, social, rehabilitation, and medical mission can apply for this visa.
- A locally registered company can serve as the Petitioner of the visa application.
- The applicant national must be involved in the community immersion project in a community or assigned location.
- The applicant must not be receiving or generating income from the local company.
Special Non-Immigrant Visa or 47(a)(2) Visa PEZA
- Applies to foreign nationals working under a PEZA-registered company.
- Admits foreign nationals, as non-immigrants, who are coming for a temporary period only.
- This type of visa requires a local company to petition for their application.
- Holders of this visa are exempted from ACR I-card requirement.
Special Non-Immigrant Visa or 47(a)(2) Visa DOJ
- Applies to foreign nationals whose company has an existing contract in any government in the Philippines.
- Admits foreign nationals, as non-immigrants, who are coming for a temporary period only.
- This type of visa requires a local company to petition for their application.
- Holders of this visa are exempted from ACR I-card requirement.
Special Non-Immigrant Visa under E.O. 226, as amended by R.A. 8756 (ROHQ Visa)
- Issued to foreign personnel, their respective spouses, and unmarried children under twenty-one (21) years of age, of regional or area headquarters of multinational companies.
- The visa shall be valid for a period of three (3) years to enter the Philippines or equivalent with the applicant’s employment contract with the headquarters.
- The applicant must be an EXECUTIVE of the company, will work EXCLUSIVELY for their regional or area headquarters or regional operating headquarters, receive a salary, and be paid by the headquarters in the Philippines an amount equivalent to at least US$12,000, or the equivalent in other foreign currencies, per annum.
- The visa application must be certified under oath by a responsible officer of the company.
